HOW DO I USE MY NIKE GIFT CARD?

To use your eGift on Nike.com, simply check the box next to “Do you have a Nike gift card?” during the payment step of checkout. Enter your eGift number and the PIN (do not include spaces) and click “apply”.

HOW DO I CHECK MY GIFT CARD BALANCE?

You can check the balance of your Nike eGift online or at a Nike-owned retail store in the UK.

DO NIKE GIFT CARDS EXPIRE?

Nike eGift cards do not expire.

CAN I REFUND MY NIKE GIFT CARD?

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed. We do not offer refunds on purchases of Nike Gift Cards or eGifts.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS BOUGHT WITH A GIFT CARD?

Nike.com returns are refunded to the original payment method. Be sure to keep your eGift until you receive your order. If you return the order, the eGift will be refunded. See here for more on how to return your Nike.com order.

Items bought at a Nike retail store must be returned to a store. The refund will be issued to the original eGift or a new gift card. For more about store returns, including what to bring with you, please see this article.

LOST/STOLEN GIFT CARDS

Lost or stolen eGifts will not be replaced without proper proof of purchase. Treat them like cash. Please contact us for more information.
